Palma Auma

Palma Auma is a seasoned Human Resource leader currently serving as Senior People Partner and Performance Lead at Absa Bank Uganda. With over ten years of progressive experience across the private and public sectors, she brings a wealth of expertise in strategic Human Resource business partnership, performance management, culture transformation and change management.

Prior to joining Absa Bank Uganda, Palma held key roles including Senior Human Resource Officer at the Financial Intelligence Authority, Performance Management Specialist at the Uganda Revenue Authority, and Human Resource Business Partner at Movit Products Limited.

Palma holds a Master of Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Administrative Law. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), United Kingdom, and the Human Resource Managers' Association of Uganda (HRMAU).
