Joseph Kizito is a certified Credit Analyst with over 17 years of experience empowering individuals and businesses to achieve sustainable growth through strategic financial advisory and credit solutions. He currently serves as Head of Retail/Consumer Credit at Absa Bank, the third-largest bank in Uganda with a footprint spanning nine other African countries.

Throughout his career, Joseph has specialised in structuring credit facilities that align with clients' ambitions, from individuals building homes to entrepreneurs launching and scaling businesses into commercial and larger-scale operations. As a credit and financial literacy coach, he combines deep credit expertise with a commitment to helping clients make sound financial decisions that support long-term success.
